So our arrival in Vancouver on the 25th May coincided with a record-breaking heat wave (up to 35 degrees some days) that has lasted pretty much the whole 13 days we’ve been here. Hot and sticky conditions for van shopping, but after viewing five campers (spread all over Vancouver) we finally settled on a 1981 Dodge B250 RAM fully kitted as a camper and refurbished with a new 5.2l V8 engine! We might have to spend the next year planting trees instead of going climbing.
Racheal and Michael have been awesome looking after us in Vancouver – thanks guys! Today we hit the road to Skaha!
